The Thomas Precision 40HDS is a heavy-duty, small footprint auger-fed positive displacement pump engineered for high-capacity sanitary product transfer in meat processing and pet food operations. Built with a significantly heavier hopper than conventional pump designs, the 40HDS delivers the structural rigidity, alignment, and feeding consistency that demanding continuous-duty applications require. The directly coupled right-angle gearmotor eliminates belts and the alignment issues that come with them, while the rebuildable spiral head—not available on competing designs—reduces rolling and extends service life. A wall-mountable shadowboard keeps all tools and components organized and accounted for at the machine. The 40HDS is well-suited for standalone transfer applications and pairs directly with the Thomas Precision N2S as an infeed or outfeed solution.
