Rebuild and Resharpening Services
Worn parts reduce efficiency and throughput. Restoring wear components to specified tolerances and performance levels helps customers maintain peak operating performance while minimizing total cost of ownership. Our factory rebuild services include drum and plate resharpening, as well as the rebuilding of grinder augers, separation screw sets, gearboxes, bearing housings, pumps, and complete machines.

Thomas Precision has over 40 years of experience repairing equipment from more than 20 OEMs, with expertise in gearboxes, grinders, separators, positive displacement pumps, and scraped surface heat exchangers.
